Tallahassee, Fl – A Democratic Representative and Republican Congressman both told a joint Legislative Committee Monday they are opposed to a proposed constitutional amendment addressing how voting districts are drawn. As James Call reports, they say the proposed Fair Districts constitutional amendment would harm minority communities.
