Tallahassee, FL – Back underway in Miami Tuesday: a class-action lawsuit that claims Florida is violating federal Medicaid requirements by providing inadequate care to hundreds of thousands of children. As Margie Menzel reports, the trial's outcome could cost the state $200 million, but the plaintiffs say providing preventive care to kids would save money in the long run.
