Hispanic Festival Set to Raise Census Awareness

Tallahassee, Fl – Tallahassee and Leon County will celebrate a long connection with Hispanic culture over the next several days. As Tom Flanigan reports, the festival is also a way to boost Hispanic response to next year's federal census.
