Tallahassee, FL – "Horrifying" is how a panel appointed by state Supreme Court Chief Justice Peggy Quince described Florida's foreclosure crisis. This year, Florida judges will clear nearly 240,000 foreclosure cases - 75,000 more than in 2008. What's worse, as Margie Menzel reports, is that the number of foreclosures is only expected to rise. This is the third in a five-part series.
