New Missing Persons Act Gives Hope to Sessions and Kesse Parents

Tallahassee, FL – At the tenth annual Missing Children's Day event at the Capitol Monday, Governor Charlie Crist signed into law the Jennifer Kesse and Tiffany Sessions Missing Persons Act. Florida Public Radio's Margie Menzel spoke with the parents of the two young women for whom the measure is named.
