Tallahassee, FL – Another convenience store robbery in Tallahassee. But, as Tom Flanigan reports, this one appears to be an inside job.
It happened at the Circle K store on North Monroe at Sharer Road. Store Manager Danielle Silas called city police Tuesday afternoon to report about two-thousand dollars missing from the till. A check of the store's inside video camera cast suspicion on one of the clerks, Sharrie Thomas. When Thomas came into work a few hours later, police were waiting. Thomas told officers the money was at her house. When they went to the Highland Street house, Thomas's roommate Princess Williams turned over nineteen hundred dollars of the missing money. Thomas now faces grand theft charges.
