Tallahassee, FL – The Boys and Girls Club of Florida is naming its 2008 Youth of the Year today at ceremonies in the old Capitol. Kang Liu is one of four finalists from a field of 28 competitors. He tells his story of involvement with the club, and how it changed his life. Lynn Hatter has the story.
