The squares have the following words printed on them, "Individuals 65 Years of Age and Older, Long-Term Care Facility Residents & Staff, Healthcare Personnel with Direct Patient Contact, Individuals Deemed Extremely Vulnerable to COVID-19." Below the squares are the words, "If you meet any of the criteria above and have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine (first or second dose), select your preferred county so that you can get in line now." There is a drop-down menu with the words, "select your county," and a green button that reads, "get in line."

Florida has launched 'myvaccine.fl.gov,' a COVID-19 vaccine preregistration website.

Florida has launched a COVID-19 vaccine preregistration website. Appointments are only for people 60 years and older, healthcare workers in direct contact with patients, long-term care facility residents and staff, and people deemed extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 by hospital providers. The website allows Floridians to select their county and fill out an electronic form to save their spot for a coronavirus vaccine. Alternatively, the state is providing phone numbers people can call to preregister.
