Twentytwo Florida Death Row inmates have been cleared of the crime which earned them a death sentence.
Tallahassee – Three Decades have passed since Florida resumed carrying out death sentences and the conflict over capital punishment remains as heated today as it was in 1979. Wednesday the Florida Supreme Court will hear an appeal from another death row inmate. His advocates say he is one more man sentenced to die for a crime he did not commit. James Call reports.
