Tallahasse, FL – There seems to be some overall progress in Florida's public schools. Test scores appear to be on a steady rise. State education officials say the high school graduation rate is improving. But why do so many of the state's high school graduates have to take remedial courses before they're considered ready for college level work. Lynn Hatter reports.
