Florida foster kids often medicated without legal consent

Tallahassee, FL – A new report finds the state lacks legal consent in more than 16 percent of cases of foster children who are being given psychotropic drugs. As Margie Menzel reports, the Department of Children and Families is moving toward systemic change in the wake of a seven-year-old boy's apparent suicide.
