Tallahassee, FL – The Case Against Florida Medicaid
A federal judge upholds the right of the Florida Pediatric Society and Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry to sue for reform - but the state is resisting.
Governor Crist was to have met Tuesday with pediatric doctors and dentists who are suing Florida Medicaid. The plaintiffs say children in the program don't have proper access to its services - but Crist has now postponed their meeting twice. Margie Menzel prepared this report.
