Ms. Faith is over 60 years old and she’s a marathon walker. After losing her mom to heart disease, she felt driven to become more active. She knew consistency would be a key factor in maintaining her goals. Finding joy in the activities she chose kept her on track. She has now competed in over 33 half-marathons and 8 full marathons all over the globe.
