Explaining the Netflix acquisition of Warner Bros. and why Paramount is upset

Since the fall of cable, it seems there has been a never-ending battle for supremacy over streaming. Disney recently acquired 20^th Century Fox (now 20^th Century Studios), and now, Netflix has made deal to purchase the studio and streaming side of Warner Brothers Discovery – angering Paramount executives. But – why are these mergers happening? And will the deal even go through? We sat down with Professor David King to learn more.
