The Javacya Arts Conservatory is teaming up with the Albany State University Dance Company and composer-vocalist Darryl Tookes for a live orchestra, spoken word, and dance concert, October 10th at 7PM in Lee Hall Auditorium. Tickets and information are available javacyaarts.com.

FSU’s University Symphony Orchestra has a concert featuring double bass faculty, George Speed performing Koussevitsky’s Double Bass Concerto, and the orchestra performing Mahler’s 4th Symphony, October 11th at 7:30PM in Ruby Diamond Concert Hall.
