Week of March 24th

Opening Nights at FSU presents Garrison Starr, March 27th at 7:30PM at the Goodwood Museum and Gardens. Tickets and information can be found at tickets.openingnights.fsu.edu.

The FSU College of Music Opera presents Igor Stravinsky’s, The Rake’s Progress, March 27th through 30th in Opperman Music Hall. Tickets and information are available at tickets.music.fsu.edu.

The Tallahassee Community Friends of Old-Time Dance present, Contra Dance, March 28th at 7:15PM at the Tallahassee Senior Center. Information can be found at tallydancer.com.

The Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra presents a concert with Kellen Gray conducting a program called Nostalgia and Nature, featuring pianist Stewart Goodyear. There is an open dress rehearsal on March 29th at 10AM and the performance is March 29th at 7:30PM in Ruby Diamond Concert Hall. Tickets and information are available at tallahasseesymphony.org.

This weekend is the 57th Annual Springtime Tallahassee Festival, featuring one of the largest parades in the southeast, food, arts, performances, and more, March 28th and 29th in downtown Tallahassee. These events are open to the public. Information can be found at springtimetallahassee.com.

The Tallahassee Film Society presents, “The Herricanes,” March 29th and 30th at the Challenger Learning Center. Tickets and information are available at tallahasseefilms.com.
