Tallahassee, FL – A Tallahassee judge has cleared two constitutional amendments about school vouchers to appear on Florida's November ballot. Now the state's largest teachers' union says it will appeal that ruling. More from Tom Flanigan
Ron Meyer, attorney for the Florida Education Association, argued the state tax commission that okayed Amendments Seven and Nine earlier this year, overreached its authority.
