Join us at Cascades Park on Saturday, June 14, for Capital Health Plan’s Walk with a Doc! From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Dr. Helgren will lead an invigorating walk and share tips on building stronger social connections.
This event is free and open to all, and no registration is necessary. Come walk, talk, and connect with others in our community while learning how social connections enhance your well-being.
