Enjoy a morning of activity and health education as Dr. Cain discusses weight loss while leading a refreshing walk at Cascades Park. Walkers of all levels are invited on Saturday, January 11, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Admission is free, and pre-registration isn’t required. Let’s make this year a healthy one together!
