The Hadley Family's Legacy

On Saturday, April 27, The Grove Museum will host Doby Lee Flowers (FSU Alumna & First Black Homecoming Princess) and Dr. Juanita Gaston (President of the Tallahassee African American Genealogical Society) for a program titled, “The Hadley Family’s Legacy.”

In commemoration of Tallahassee's Bicentennial, this program will discuss the Hadley family in the context of the themes family, civil rights, entrepreneurship, and community. The program will also include a group art making activity.

This program is free and open to the public. Parking for The Grove Museum is located at 902 North Monroe Street, in Tallahassee, Florida.
