Summer Fest by 4‑H is a vibrant, family‑friendly community event designed to bring together youth, families, local businesses, and organizations for a day of fun, engagement, and connection.

What to Expect:

Youth and adult vendors showcasing products and services
Food trucks and food vendors offering a variety of food options
Free games and interactive activities for children and families
Raffles and giveaways
A fun, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere

Vendor Opportunities:
We are currently accepting vendors and food trucks:

Food Trucks: $150 (Deposit $75)
Standard Vendors: $50 (Deposit $25)
Youth 4‑H Vendors (ages 5–18): Free

Food vendors without trucks are welcome to participate; however, drinks may not be sold, as beverages will be sold exclusively by 4‑H.
Important Vendor Information:

Vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM
Deposits must be paid by June 5 at 3:00 PM
Payments are collected at the Gadsden County Extension Office
Deposits are non‑refundable
A one-week cancellation notice is required
No-shows may not be invited to future events
