STEMS4Girls, Inc. is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Lights On Afterschool rally in Cascades Park and a march to the Florida Capitol on Thursday, October 23rd from 4-6pm. This event will celebrate and advocate for the increase in funding for programs that support families and children, including afterschool programs, and early learning programs. Decades of research show the critical role that after school programs play in strengthening our communities by helping young students improve attendance, get better grades, and build skills in communication, teamwork and problem solving.
