🎃 Halloween in the Historic Neighborhood is back! 👻

Join us at the Thomasville History Center on Saturday, October 31, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. for a free evening of trick-or-treating, spooky stories, activities, music, and Halloween fun throughout our historic campus!

Families can make their way around the campus, stopping at stations hosted by the History Center and our community partners for candy, treats, games, activities, and more. Costumes are encouraged!

📚 Spooky Story Time with Annie from The Bookshelf
Two special readings at 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

🍦 The Ice Cream Girl will also be on site with ice cream and treats available for purchase.

Our 2026 community partners include the Jack Hadley Black History Museum, Pebble Hill Plantation, Thomasville Center for the Arts, Thomasville Landmarks, Thomas County Public Library, The Bookshelf, Kiwanis Club, and Rotary Club of Thomasville.

Activities will take place outdoors throughout the History Center campus. The historic buildings will not be open to the public during the event.
