The inauguration celebration for Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in Washington, D.C. is a scaled-down, largely virtual affair, amid a pandemic and heightened security following the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Biden is expected to sign several executive orders that undo some of former President Donald Trump’s policies, within the first few hours in office.
