Tallahassee Mayor Gillum Endorses, Stumps For Hilary Clinton

City of Tallahassee

Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum is heading to South Carolina and hitting the stump…for Hilary Clinton.

Gillum is endorsing Clinton for the Democratic Presidential Nomination and will travel to South Carolina to help her as that state’s Democratic primary nears.

"As a mayor, I understand the importance of bringing real and pragmatic solutions to the issues that face our communities," Gillum said in a written statement. "Hillary Clinton has put forward innovative ideas focused on making college more affordable, raising incomes for working families, restoring balance and fairness to our criminal justice system and addressing issues of climate change."

South Carolina holds it’s Democratic Primary this Saturday. Florida’s Republican and Democratic Primaries are on March 15.
