A Tallahassee attorney is gathering relief supplies for her homeland of Puerto Rico. Her offices are now bulging with donations from concerned Capital City residents.
Lawyer Gisela Rodriguez says she has a deep and personal connection to the tragedy in Puerto Rico.
“The whole entire family’s there, my husband’s family is there,” she explained.
And now she says members of her adopted hometown family are here for her, as they’ve been filling her Mahan Drive offices donations.
“What matters is we’re coming together, that we are holding each other that we are supporting each other and that means the world.”
