Florida Bar President Pans Judicial Term Limits

William “Bill” Schifino Jr., a 56-year-old Tampa attorney, has just been named president of the 100,000-member Florida Bar.

Schifino is taking 0ver at a time when the profession is struggling to overcome access to justice issues, gender bias complaints and a Republican push to impose judicial term limits.  Schifnio recently spoke with Capital Report’s Jim Ash.
