What To Expect For Saturday's FSU Vs. Georgia Tech Football Game

A giant statue is shown depicting a Seminole man riding a horse. The man raises a long feathered spear high above his head. The horse stands on its back legs and whinnies at the sky. The statue rests on a cylindrical platform with the words, "unconquered" engraved on it. The sky is blanketed with clouds.

Florida State University's football team will face off against Georgia Tech this Saturday.

The Florida State Seminoles will play their first game of the season this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. The team will face off against Georgia Tech.

On-campus tailgating will not be allowed for Saturday's football game. But a limited number of fans can still sit inside Doak Campbell Stadium. The college is planning only to allow 25% capacity. Attendees will be required to wear face masks. Stadium seats were sold in 'pods' of 2, 4, 6, or 8, and each 'pod' is socially distanced. FSU and Tallahassee police recommend fans arrive early for the game as they expect traffic delays. The Seminole Express and Spirit Express bus services will be closed. Water fountains will also not be available, but there will be bottle filling stations.
