Pockets Pool and Pub in Tallahassee now has a suspended alcohol license. The state has cited Pockets for operating in violation of an executive order that suspended the sales of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at bars. The order suspending the bar says social distancing standards were not being enforced inside of the building. It details patrons “standing in the bar area should-to-shoulder.”

As of right now, the suspension will last until the executive order is lifted or the state Department of Business and Professional Regulation decides to let them operate again.
