Bay County Schools is still reeling from the devastation Hurricane Michael brought the region in October. Loss of more than ten percent of its students and hundreds of staff will have the district facing a new normal in the coming school year. Bay Superintendent Bill Husfelt spoke with Ryan Dailey about where the district is now, as summer begins.
