Tallahassee, FL – Florida's application for $1 billion in federal education money is due next week. The program is called Race to the Top. But the deadline for school districts to say whether they're signing up is Tuesday at midnight. Despite repeated calls for the teacher's union to get on board,support for the proposal remains weak, putting the overall application in danger. Lynn Hatter reports.
