By Florida's foster youth help the state learn to help them

Tallahassee, FL –

When the state takes children from their families, it also assumes the responsibility for launching them into adulthood. The record is dismal, but Florida is finally learning how -- from young people who've been in foster care and suffered the consequences. In a five-part series that runs November 17th thru the 21st Margie Menzel reports.
