Tallahassee, FL – A judge says he'll rule quickly on whether two pro-school voucher proposals should be removed from the November ballot. James Call reports, the dispute is pitting the state's education establishment against a state tax commission.
A statewide teachers' union and school board association says the taxation and budget commission unlawfully placed amendments 7 and 9 on the ballot. Their attorney, Ron Meyer says the commission's proposals have nothing to do with taxation and the state budget process.
