Tallahassee, FL – When Lynnette Granville, tour manager for BET, and her team arrived on campus they thought that the excitement from students was for them. They didn't realize it is FAMU's homecoming week.
FAMU's student body is massive. There are several different events going on simultaenously and each one is packed .
They found out rather quickly and got to work setting up the tents and stage and getting ready for the Orange and Green Edition of the Black College Tour- a yearly event that features different historically black colleges around the country.
I am enjoying the students enjoying themselves
The tour includes a mini career fair, free giveaways such as cell phones and laptop computers, a talent contest, and free food.
