Tallahassee, FL – Department of Environment Protection Secretary Micheal Sole says there are encouraging signs in Florida's 19-year battle with Georgia and Alabama over the river system they share. As of this week, Margie Menzel reports, more water is flowing to the Apalachicola Basin and a new federal administration is taking a new approach to the conflict.
