Florida A&M University could find itself without a president next April. The university's board of trustees decided against renewing the employment contract of Elmira Mangum. The move has been a long time coming. Lynn Hatter speaks with Florida Times Union Capital Bureau Chief Tia Mitchell on what's next for Florida's only public Historically Black College.
