Domi Station and several partners are set to host the first ever Startup Week in Tallahassee.

Tallahassee Startup Week will begin on January 11 and end on the 16.  Florida State University’s Social Entrepreneur Resident Chris Markl explains its purpose.

“It’s about celebrating entrepreneurship and making people aware of the quickly growing entrepreneurship ecosystem we have here in Tallahassee,” Markl says. “And empowering local leaders to create events and platforms to contribute to the startup community.”

Mayor Andrew Gillum and Paul Singh, managing director of the venture capital firm 1776, will speak about local innovation.
