The recovery of Northwest Florida from Hurricane Michael will be a long and painful process. Helping that effort is a coalition of organizations and individuals under the “REBUILD850” banner, that was launched by former Florida House Speakers Allan Bense and Will Weatherford this past November. Speaking on behalf of the group and the area’s continuing needs are: former Second District Congresswoman Gwen Graham; and former Florida Emergency Management Director Bryan Koon.
