Tallahassee’s longest-running experiment in sustainable community living is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Some of the Miccosukee Land Co-op’s founding residents and other occupants join the discussion, including: Rose Kelley, one of the original planners and settlers; her son Bree Van Oss, the first child born to community parents; early settler Lucia Maxwell; second generation resident and artist Anne Hempel; and Cliff Thaell and Georjean Machulis.
