Tallahassee, FL – Leon County Grand Jury has returned first degree murder indictments in the Rachel Hoffman Case. State Attorney Willie Meggs says he has yet to decide whether to seek the death penalty for Deneilo Bradshaw and Andrea Green. Twenty-three year old Rachel Hoffman was shot to death while working as a police informant. The Grand Jury issued a stinging presentment of the Tallahassee Police Department's handling of the case. It called the decision to use Hoffman as an informant unconscionable, and that an informant should never be sent alone to purchase a firearm.
