As a response to the Parkland shooting which left 17 dead, Ban Assault Weapons Now is pushing to get assault weapons banned in the state through a constitutional amendment. Florida Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services Nikki Fried spoke before members of the Capital Tiger Bay Club in Tallahassee today (Friday, June 14.) Tom Flanigan was there, too.
