Week of November 21st
The FAMU Foster-Tanner Fine Arts Gallery presents, “With Deep Roots Foliage Thrives,” November 8th through December 2nd. The exhibit is presented by the Across the Divide Project. Gallery hours are 10AM to 5PM, Tuesdays through Fridays and 12PM to 4PM on Saturdays. It is open to the public.
The FSU Campus Orchestra and Campus Band have a concert on November 21st at 7:30PM, in Opperman Music Hall. The event is open to the public.
The Tallahassee Winds have a concert on November 22nd at 7:30PM in Opperman Music Hall. It is open to the public.
LeMoyne Arts presents its 59th annual Holiday Show, “Happy Holly Days.” The General Opening is November 25th at 12PM and the show runs through December 24th. The exhibit features a variety of handmade gifts created by local and regional artisans. Various holiday events will be occurring during the month. Pas de Vie Ballet presents, “The Nutcracker,” on November 26th at both 10AM and 8PM and November 27th at 2:30PM in FAMU’s Lee Hall Auditorium. The Saturday morning performance will be a children’s abbreviated performance that will include a question-and-answer section and a character meet and greet.
