Tallahassee, FL – Governor Charlie Crist has long been talked up as a potential VP pick for Republican Senator John McCain, but those talks were squashed when McCain chose the governor of Alaska instead.
Crist is still scheduled to appear at the convention, but with all the turbulent weather floating around, Crist is expected to skip the celebration in St. Paul.
