May 2018 Hot Topic Ever wonder what goes on behind the curtain? Your chance to find out is coming up!

Everything is different about this hot topic so please take note! The May 2018 Hot Topic will be a field trip to the Leon County Elections Center on May 16. We will have a tour of the facilities, followed by a box lunch, and then a demonstration of the software used to tabulate and audit the results of elections. You will find out what makes Leon County's elections the cleanest, most secure, most error-free in the State of Florida (maybe in the whole country!). Details about the Jason's Deli Lunch: The box will contain a sandwich made of an ancient grain bun and either roast turkey, ham, or roast beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheese; chips; pickle; a cookie; and a napkin. Your beverage choice will be sweet tea, unsweetened tea, and lemonade. When you make your reservation please state whether you want the Jason's Deli sandwich and what kind of meat.
