Mubarak: Egypt Needs Multi-Candidate Vote

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak surprises many by announcing he wants his nation to hold a multi-candidate presidential election. Egyptians have not had a choice in a presidential vote since Mubarak took office 24 years ago.
