Suicide Bomb Pegged as Likely Cause of Mosul Attack

At the Pentagon, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard Myers says Tuesday's attack at the U.S. military base outside Mosul appeared to be a result of an improvised explosive device (IED) worn by an attacker. The military will try to determine how the explosives were smuggled onto the base, and by whom. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
