Florida AG Race: Bondi's First Ad, Sheldon Reaches Out To GOP Voters

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has released her first ad in her re-election bid, and at least one of her opponents is weighing in on the ad.

On Tuesday, Bondi’s ad was released statewide, promoting her efforts on cracking down on prescription drug abuse in Florida.

Florida Officials Announce Appeal To Judge's Gay Marriage Ruling

A court ruling against Florida's gay marriage ban was stalled in anticipation of appeals.

Florida officials have announced plans to file an appeal to a federal judge’s ruling finding Florida’s gay marriage ban unconstitutional.

Department of Health head John Armstrong, Secretary of Management Services Craig Nichols, and Washington County Clerk of Court Harold Bazzell made the appeal through Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office Thursday.

Judge Rules New Map Constitutional, But 2014 Elections To Proceed With Old Unconstitutional Borders

Lawmakers, lawyers and the League of Women voters converged on a Leon County Courtroom this week to argue the merits of Florida’s newly revised congressional districts.  The judge has upheld the new map, but the fight seems likely to continue.
