Low income housing units have no effect on nearby property values, according to a new study by real estate company Trulia.  The finding comes at a time when there are some concerns around affordable housing in Leon County.

Early voting in Leon County begins Monday and runs through Sunday November 6th. Any registered voter may cast their ballot at seven different locations throughout Tallahassee, including the county courthouse, and at various public library branches. The issue has been building in recent days, and Thursday the operators of the center--a local church--announced they would shutter the facility after a cease-and-desist order from the county.
