Tallahassee, FL – North Florida law enforcement agencies banded together Monday to hold practice exercises at Cobb Middle School and Florida A&M. Their job is to simulate an incident similar to the recent Virginia Teach and Northern Illinois University Shootings. Lynn Hatter reports.
