Saturday was a little rainy; Sunday was a bit chilly, but that didn't stop the music fans who enjoyed the weekend's Tallahassee Jazz and Blues Festival at Cascades Park.
There was blues from artists like Lauren Mitchell, Bill Wharton, and "Mr. Sipp." There was also jazz from performers including the Jon Faddis Quartet, Wycliffe Gordon, Carmen Bradford and Scotty Barnhart. Barnhart, the current director of the Count Basie Orchestra, was also the director of this year's Festival. Along with the Unity Music Foundation, the event is contributing scholarship funds to FAMU and FSU students.
